Fugro is accredited according to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System that ensures that all its activities are carried out in a manner that (as a minimum) meet the requirements agreed with the client. This in turn helps ensure that Fugro Spatial Solutions:

  • Provides a high level of client satisfaction
  • Maintains its position as a viable and competitive supplier of the above services
  • Provides industry excellence in its business and operational processes
  • Attracts, develops and retains high calibre personnel

The specific (measurable) objectives established to fulfil this policy are that:

  • A high standard of service is provided, measured by the feedback we receive from clients and the extent of repeat business
  • All personnel follow the relevant practices verified by regular Internal and External Audits
  • Personnel are encouraged to propose better ways of doing things thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the system
  • In a blame free environment, staff are encouraged to report (and if necessary, escalate) problems that could result in preventative action and continuous improvement
  • Management take effective action to resolve reported/escalated problems and amend work practices accordingly
  • Staff are given the opportunity to develop additional skills that will result in improvements and (where appropriate) are provided with opportunities for advancement in their careers
