The specific (measurable) objectives established to fulfil this policy are that:
- A high standard of service is provided, measured by the feedback we receive from clients and the extent of repeat business
- All personnel follow the relevant practices verified by regular Internal and External Audits
- Personnel are encouraged to propose better ways of doing things thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the system
- In a blame free environment, staff are encouraged to report (and if necessary, escalate) problems that could result in preventative action and continuous improvement
- Management take effective action to resolve reported/escalated problems and amend work practices accordingly
- Staff are given the opportunity to develop additional skills that will result in improvements and (where appropriate) are provided with opportunities for advancement in their careers
